Description

We have a fund raising event at Kings Charity Poker Room  (6209 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, MI 49548) from February 13 through February 16. The Lodge will need at least three volunteers for shifts to handle receiving cash from players, carry chips to tables and recordkeeping on sheets of the sales of chips. We need a few volunteers for the following dates and times and backup brothers as some may be sick and can’t make it out when these dates come up;

Thursday Feb 13  Full Shift 4PM-2AM  (Technically done at 1AM) or split shifts 4-9, 9-2A

Friday Feb 14  Full Shift 4PM-2AM  (Technically done at 1AM) or split shifts 4-9, 9-2A

Saturday Feb 15  Full Shift 1PM-2AM  (Technically done at 1AM) or split shifts 1-7, 7-2A

Sunday Feb 16  Full Shift 1PM-2AM  (Technically done at 1AM) or split shifts 1-7, 7-2A

Contact Secretary at  gr34secretary@gmail.com  to volunteer for a shift. Spouses can also work if the information was given to the secretary before submitting for the license. Training for those volunteering and would like it before the event can be provided and will be announced.
